A student of sports and exercise physiology may take courses in biochemistry, nutrition and conditioning. Studies may include a variety of coursework from hands on experimentation to lectures and reports. Assignments may include studying the response of an athlete’s body to stress or an individual unaccustomed to exercise.

A Master of Science is an advanced program of study that can be earned in about two years. Many schools offer online or part-time MSc programs so that busy learners can further their education in a way that is convenient for them.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
