Ideal Students
In general, the Master's studies that will allow entry to this doctoral program without training complements will be the Master in Public Health from the USC or any of the Master in Public Health of the CIBERESP agreement. Students with research proficiency or with a DEA degree obtained through previous USC doctoral programs in Public Health will also have access without supplements.
In the case of other types of profiles different from the above, the CAPD will evaluate each case individually. The possibility of requiring training supplements (maximum up to 15 ECTS) will be considered.
In the case of other profiles that do not complete a Master's degree, an equivalence of training in research credits will be required, at least equal to that of the master's degree that gives direct access, which will be 60ECTS. These credits will be recommended by the CAPD preferably in the area of Public Health.
Students with foreign qualifications: Students with a foreign degree that has not been approved may apply for admission to doctoral studies as long as a level of training equivalent to that of the official Spanish university master's degree is accredited and the country that issued the degree authorizes access. to doctoral studies. This admission will not imply, in any case, the homologation of the previous degree or recognition for purposes other than those of access to these teachings.
