Introduction
Objective: Train professionals who are aware of their role and responsibility, capable of legally and fully assuming them, technically qualified to plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate food and nutrition services, working in food and nutrition education and assistance to the community or to individuals, healthy or sick, in public or private institutions, in multidisciplinary teams, as well as in research of any nature related to food and nutrition.
Egress Profile: The course provides the profile of a professional in the health area, capable of working in the areas of: collective food, clinical nutrition, sports and physical exercise, collective health, production, industry and food trade and the area of teaching, research and extension; responsible for nutritional care both for individuals and population groups, healthy and sick, in different life cycles, seeking the promotion, prevention, maintenance, recovery and rehabilitation of health.
