Introduction
Monitoring & Evaluation skills are essential tools for acting in a dynamic environment in the development sector. These skills support decision making and increase the impact of a project by maximizing the learning opportunities available.
This course is aimed at senior managers who are fully engaged in the planning, management, and evaluation of health sector reforms in developing countries. These senior managers may be employees in the Ministries of Health, they may work in embassies, international organizations, or non-governmental organizations that cooperate with the Ministries of Health on current health sector reforms.
