Introduction

Today’s healthcare job market is expanding rapidly, and there is an immediate need for health science professionals to support growth as the industry shifts to population management.

The Associate of Science in Health Science (ASHS) program offers a flexible curriculum to prepare a healthcare career student. Professionals who work in allied health professions actively engage as team members to prevent, diagnose, and treat various conditions and illnesses. Working as part of a multidisciplinary health team provides professional growth opportunities and supports the best patient outcomes possible.

Our graduates may obtain employment in a healthcare-related position or continue their education in health profession programs. Individually, graduates from the ASHS program support health systems in clinical and medical research, medical writing, health education, and specialized customer service.
