Introduction
旭川医科大学Department of Medicine (Doctoral Program), Graduate School of Medicine,旭川医科大学University, there is a "Researcher Course" that aims for cutting-edge research in the subjects that students major in, and a "Clinical Researcher" that cultivates the ability to promote clinical research and clinical trials. We have two courses, "Course". All are based on direct tutoring in your laboratory. Students carry out research activities in a free and academic atmosphere, and acquire high-quality and fulfilling research results by themselves. At the same time, take a series of common lectures (advanced medicine, basic medicine, medical treatises) that are held every two years, and have basic knowledge and a wide range of applied knowledge necessary for carrying out medical research. , Acquire an ethical background. Through such comprehensive graduate school education, we will develop leading human resources who can support future medicine and respond to the demands of the local community.
Students initially choose one of the above courses, but can change it during the course as their research progresses. In addition, if it is deemed useful for the performance of research, you can receive guidance at other laboratories on campus, or you can study at graduate schools and research institutes outside the university, including overseas. In addition, we have adopted a system to start research early by enrolling in graduate school from the first year of initial clinical training. Regarding common lectures, in addition to regular lectures in the lecture room, the e-learning system on the graduate school homepage has been enhanced so that necessary lectures can be efficiently taken from that system according to each student's research / training schedule. I am considering it. As mentioned above, in order to promote independent learning of students, this graduate school strives to provide a curriculum that is as flexible as possible.
