They may also access those who are in any of the following circumstances: a) hold a Spanish official university degree or another member country of the European Higher Education Area, which enable to access Master in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of October 29 and have completed a minimum of 300 ECTS credits in all official university studies, of which at least 60 must be Master level. b) hold a Spanish official title of graduate or graduate whose duration, in accordance with rules of Community law, is at least 300 ECTS credits. These graduates must take mandatory training complements Article 7.2 of this standard, unless the curriculum of the corresponding undergraduate degree includes credits of research training, equivalent educational value to credit research from concerns Master studies. c) university graduates who, after obtaining a place in training in the corresponding test access to places of specialized medical training, have passed with positive evaluation at least two years of training in a program to obtain the official title of one of the specialties in Health Sciences. d) be in possession of a diploma obtained in accordance with foreign education systems without their approval, after verification by the university that it accredits a level equivalent to that of the Spanish official title of Master and entitling the country training shipper qualification for admission to doctoral studies. This admission does not imply in any case the approval of the previous title in possession of the applicant or its recognition for purposes other than access to doctoral programs. e) Being in possession of another Spanish PhD degree obtained under previous university ordinations. They may be admitted to doctoral studies, the graduates, architects and engineers who were in possession of Advanced Studies diploma obtained in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 778/98 of April 30 had reached or research capacity as regulated in RD 185/1985 of 23 January. 2.
