Graduates of the doctoral (Ph.D.) study program Anatomy, histology, and embryology are able to use theoretical background and manual skills in morphological disciplines and experimental methods. They acquire knowledge in processing and analyzing experimental data and are trained in interpreting and publish their findings. Graduates are highly qualified experts who are prepared for their further career in academic or research institutions with biomedical orientation. They are capable of solving selected problems independently, submit their own research project proposal, conduct creative scientific work and combine morphological approaches with clinical and related theoretical disciplines.

Examination: Discussion on the proposed topic of thesis and methodological problems.
Assets: Practice: not necessary; Attestation: not required; Education: Graduate of Faculty of Medicine or Pharmacy or Natural Sciences: 20 points
Additional requirements: Knowledge of English (CEFRL B2 or higher): 5 points; Ability for scientific work: 5 points; Good practice in working with PC (at least ECDL Start Certificate): 5 points; Previous activity in scientific publication and lecturing: 5 points
Criteria for the evaluation: (100 points, points for admission 80)
Admission examination: 60 points

Conditions for admission
Admission to Doctoral studies is conditioned by successful completion of a Master's study program.
