Mexico, officially the United Mexican States, is a federal constitutional republic in North America. Before you can graduate, you usually must write and defend a thesis, a long paper that is the culmination of your specialized research.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
