Program Description

This Master of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy offers you evidence-based clinical education of rehabilitation in neurological or internal conditions in combination with comprehensive training in scientific research. Active and student-centered learning, a broad mixture of teaching and examination methods, a Master’s thesis, and clinical traineeships are the cornerstones of our unique program.

Program Content

Are you interested in the rehabilitation of people with neurological conditions such as vestibular disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis, or in the rehabilitation of people after a stroke? Then the Master of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy: Neurological Conditions is an excellent choice. The program focuses on the scientific perspective and evidence-based practice in physiotherapy. Physiotherapists are becoming increasingly important in the changing landscape of health care. As a Master of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy you can find employment in:

  • Intramural health care: You can start a professional career as a physiotherapy practitioner in a clinical setting such as a rehabilitation clinic, a day centre or a hospital where you will work with other clinical experts (medical doctors, nurses, occupational therapists).
