Program Description

The Master of Nursing (MSN) is a one to two-year master’s degree in nursing and is considered an entry-level degree for nurse educators and managers.

The degree also may prepare a nurse to seek a career as a nurse administrator, health policy expert, clinical nurse leader, nurse practitioner, and other types of advanced practice registered nurse.

Programs usually offer education in advanced nursing specialties such as acute care, adult care, family care, gerontology, neonatology, palliative care, pediatric, psychiatric, and obstetrics, and gynecology.

Tuition for nursing programs program starts at $20,000 USD per academic year, although partial merit scholarships are available for high performing international students based on IELTS (6.5+) and TOEFL (90+) exam scores as well as CGPA and GRE (300+) or GMAT (550+) exam scores.

Many programs incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of research projects, presentations, lab work, and OPT and CPT opportunities.
