MSc in Human Anatomy

AIMST University now offers a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Human Anatomy. This innovative programme provides solid foundation in human anatomy as a basis for teaching, as well as basic and applied research. It considers all aspects of human anatomy and incorporates local requirements as stipulated by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency.

This programme has been developed to provide postgraduate training in human anatomy and is intended for students graduating from life sciences and related disciplines who wish to extend their knowledge of anatomy and / or who wish to pursue a career in the anatomical sciences.

Career Options

There is an examination at the end of the Foundation Programme, 3 theory papers and a practical exam paper at the Year 1, one written paper in Research Methods and Biostatistics in Year 2. Successful completion of a report of research project and defence of this project is also required for graduation. Career Openings include:

Our International Office is a one-stop centre catering to enquiries from international students, as AIMST University opens its door to students from the region and the rest of the world. With the services and facilities provided, we hope to create a cosy home-away-from-home environment for all our students and to provide the right atmosphere so that they can experience a lively, exciting and productive university life.

Financial Aid

The Student Affairs Division assists students in obtaining financial aid for their courses through a number of agencies. Students may apply for the National Higher Education Student Loan Scheme (Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional - PTPTN) upon enrolment to a degree programme at AIMST, provided they possess a minimum of three credits in their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).

AIMST offers students with excellent performance in the SPM discounts on tuition fees upon enrolment in our Foundation programmes. The discount rate is based on the number of A’s obtained and could be as high as 70% of their tuition fees.
