Introduction
旭川医科大学Medical旭川医科大学Graduate School of Medicine, Department of Nursing (Master's Program) has two courses, "Master's Thesis Course" and "Advanced Practice Course". Both are based on guidance from professors in specialized fields.
From the first year onward, the master's thesis course provides common subjects to cultivate research abilities based on basic knowledge of nursing science and specialized knowledge of health science. On top of that, biodefense, mental health nursing, public health nursing, health education development, pediatric / family nursing, maternal nursing / midwifery, elderly nursing, adult nursing, basic nursing, home care We have courses to acquire advanced knowledge in each specialized field such as nursing. Based on such advanced knowledge deepened in common subjects and specialized fields, we will develop research ability to carry out research that contributes to the development of nursing science.
In the advanced practice course, we have set up lessons so that you can acquire the advanced specialized knowledge and practical ability that are essential for cancer nursing specialist nurses and gerontological nursing specialist nurses. From the first year, based on basic knowledge about nursing science and specialized knowledge about health science, students will take common subjects to develop their research ability in order to solve advanced practical tasks. On top of that, we have courses to acquire advanced knowledge and assistive technology that supports advanced practice in specialized fields (cancer nursing and elderly nursing).
