Stenberg College’s Pharmacy Technician program will prepare you for the career of a Pharmacy Technician in hospital and community pharmacies. Since 1999, Stenberg has been offering this program with formal affiliations in place with health authorities in British Columbia and Alberta. Entry Requirements

  • Completion of Grade 12 or mature student status
  • Grade 12 English (minimum grade C) or equivalent*
  • Grade 12 Biology (minimum grade C) or equivalent*
  • Grade 11 Math (Foundations, Principles or Precalculus - minimum grade C) or equivalent*
  • Grade 11 Chemistry (minimum grade C) or equivalent*
  • Typing Speed of 35 net words per minute

* Students can obtain equivalencies for the required courses from post-secondary training, Stenberg College challenge tests, etc.

Language Proficiency Requirements: Overall IELTS Academic Test score of 6.0 with no component less than 6.0 (Speaking and Listening) or 5.5 (Reading and Writing) (or other ESL equivalencies as determined by Stenberg College). Must be within the last two years.
