The Undergraduate Program in Nursing UNIMAR has been operating since 1989 and is recognized by the Opinion of the Federal Board of Education No. 27/93, and Ordinance No. 472, of March 15, 1993. 80 students per year are offered at night. Places are occupied by students in large numbers from other cities, connoisseurs of their tradition. The Teaching of the Nursing Course Project was constructed based in the mission, vision and values of the University of Marilia. From these premises the Pedagogical Project of the Course establishes its mission seeking the inseparability of teaching, research and extension. The integration between teaching and service, the right to health and the struggle to build a new care model, guided by the principles of SUS, related to equity and comprehensive care to the health of people and the community.
