Introduction
In the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program, you will learn how to provide care for people of all ages and in a variety of health care settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics and community agencies. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity for experiential learning in our state-of-the-art simulation center. As a graduate of the BSN Program you will be prepared to become a health care leader in a global society.
The BSN degree allows for graduates to practice in a profession that integrates science and the art of caring. Once you successfully complete the degree you will be eligible to sit for the state board licensing exam to become a registered nurse.
After the completion of the first semester of nursing, you will be able to work as a patient care assistant in the hospital.
Our students are gaining professional experience in area hospitals such as St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Christ Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
