The program is a 5-year program. Students who are accepted to the pharmacy program will start studying Pre Pharmacy ‘Foundation Pharmacy" or "General Pharmacy".
The College of Pharmacy is committed to providing students with the best opportunities to broaden their learning experiences and enrich their education. These include participation in research, competitions, conferences, and internships nationally and internationally. Our students and alumni continually excel, locally and abroad and are always great ambassadors of the College. They have always demonstrated a high level of distinction and quality and we are confident that they will be able to advance the pharmacy practice and health sector in Qatar, the Middle East and the World in line with the College mission.
Additionally, our students enjoy a range of annual extra-curricula activities. These include White Coat Ceremony, Dean’s List, Graduation, PharmacoFUN, International Potluck, Movie Day, Dialogue with the Dean, Competitions (such as promote your pharmacy profession and Arabic counseling competition), and Public Outreach Events on important topics such as Diabetes, Smoking Cessation, Medication in Ramadan and Allergies and Common Cold.
