Program Description
The Psychology program at Judson College is designed to boost your professional development in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy. You may complete your B.S. or B.A. degree at Judson with a major in Psychology in as little as three years, giving you a head start in a career or graduate school.
The Department teaches psychology in a liberal arts context, which clarifies the connections between psychology and other disciplines, promotes critical reasoning skills, and, consistent with the College’s mission, emphasizes the ethical and moral dimensions of psychology and psychological research. Finally, our students are trained to apply psychological knowledge to real-world situations appropriately and be discriminating consumers of social and behavioral research.
