Objective(s) of a study programme
To prepare high quality dental assistants that are able to assist the dentist or odontology specialist, independently perform intra-oral procedures without exceeding limits of their competence, to ensure care and prevention of oral health teach to healthy lifestyle and promote the prestige of the profession.
Methods of assessment of learning achievements
The most common form of assessment in the College is an exam or project, depending on the results of the study programme.
The results of College students' are assessed by the ten-grade assessment system.
The form of the exam of general subjects is combined (written questioning, oral questioning, tests, etc.), and the form of exam of specialty subjects that develop special subject competencies is an objective structured clinical situation with the help of simulation and/or dummy "patients".
