The Pharmaceutical Sciences degree is a 4-year program consisting of 3 years coursework and a one-year Professional practice placement in the pharmaceutical industry. The program has been developed in consultation with industry, and provides a leading edge for you to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry. The program consists of theoretical and practical components in which you build on a base of core competencies in biochemistry, pharmacology, toxicology and human physiology, and will study advanced courses in areas such as drug regulations, clinical trials and drug development.Assessment activities and tutorials with ongoing feedback are conducted throughout the program so that you can review and evaluate your progress and ability to adequately understand the material presented.
